Axion Vault v1

Module / Feature
Description

Vault Creation

Issuers deploy isolated, on-chain vaults containing tokenized RWA collateral, each with its own parameters and governance instance.

Collateral Locking

Vaults lock legally verified RWA tokens (uRWA, STV3, ERC-20) as collateral. Assets remain non-custodially tied to the vault contract.

ABT Issuance

Vault mints ABT (Asset-Backed Tokens) representing fractional ownership claims on vault collateral.

ABT Holding & Trading

Investors can hold ABTs in wallets and optionally trade them on secondary markets integrated with Axion or external DEXs.

ABT Staking

ABT holders can stake into yield vaults to automatically collect RWA yield streams.

Yield Distribution Mechanism

Yield generated by RWAs is streamed into the DistributionCollector and automatically routed to investors, DAO, and reserves.

Yield Routing

DistributionCollector contract handles yield splits: 92% investors, 7% DAO, 1% reserve.

Compliance Enforcement

ComplianceLayer enforces global identity verification (KYC/KYB), transfer whitelists, jurisdiction gating, investor accreditation.

Collateral Verification

Vault connects to attestor networks and oracle providers to verify collateral existence and health.

Proof-of-Reserves Publishing

All vaults publish on-chain PoR updates via OracleRouter + attestor quorum confirmations.

Redemption Guarantees

Reserves + Backstop Fund ensure redemption even if issuers delay payments or liquidity drops.

Governance Controls

Each vault is governed by the RWAVault DAO with configurable parameters.

Supported Token Standards

uRWA (EIP-7943), ERC-4337/4336 wallets, STV3 (Stobox), ERC-20, and adapter layers for ERC-4626 / ERC-3525 structures.

Valuation Updates (NAV)

NAV updated through multicall oracle networks with cross-attestor confirmation.

Collateral Parameters

Vault enforces haircut %, collateral ratio (CR), attestor quorum, emergency mint halt, liquidation triggers.

Yield Allocation Parameters

Configurable yield distribution bands with default 92/7/1 split.

Backstop Fund Requirements

Issuer-funded backstop premiums accumulate into a fund used to cover delayed redemptions or defaults.

Fee Charging Logic

Minting fee (0.5%), redemption fee (0.5%), oracle update fee, backstop premium — each routed to DAO treasury or reserve.

Governance Parameter Management

DAO can update fee bands, haircut ratios, oracle whitelists, backstop rules, treasury allocations.

Governance Timelocks

All governance actions require minimum 7-day timelock before execution.

Risk Isolation

Each vault is legally and technically isolated to prevent cross-issuer contagion.

Regulatory Compatibility

ComplianceLayer ensures full compatibility with securities rules (SEC, MiCA, FINMA) and regulated token variants.

Risk Management Framework

Protocol enforces risk tiers across issuer risk, valuation risk, liquidity risk, regulatory compliance, and smart-contract risk.

Upgradeable Architecture

Full upgradability via EIP-2535 Diamond Standard with modular facets.

Cross-Chain Deployment

Primary deployment on Arbitrum; Solana used for high-throughput issuers; EVM mirrors maintain state consistency.
