ABT Yield Staking Concept

Axion Vault introduces Asset-Backed Tokens (ABTs) as on-chain representations of exposure to a specific, legally structured real-world asset vault. When issuers deposit RWA-linked income into the protocol, these funds are routed through the DistributionCollector and allocated predominantly to participants who have staked their ABTs into the vault’s designated staking contract.

Staking enables eligible ABT holders to receive their share of the yield generated by the underlying RWA. Unstaked ABTs remain valid representations of collateral exposure but do not participate in yield distributions. All distributions depend on the performance and payment behavior of the underlying assets and are executed transparently and automatically through on-chain logic.

Yield Distribution Framework

  1. RWA Income Collection: Issuers or servicers transmit real-world yield (e.g., revenue, coupon payments, or other distribution amounts) to the Axion Vault infrastructure in accordance with their legal obligations.

  2. On-Chain Allocation: The DistributionCollector applies the vault’s yield-allocation policy (e.g., stakers, DAO treasury, reserve funds).

  3. Staker Accrual: ABT stakers accrue distributions pro rata based on the amount staked. Yield accrues only after tokens are staked and ceases upon unstaking, subject to vault rules.

The protocol does not guarantee yields or returns; distributions reflect only the performance of the underlying RWA and associated counterparties.

The description of ABTs, AVTG tokens, and yield-related mechanisms is provided solely for informational and technical documentation purposes. It does not constitute:

  • Investment advice;

  • A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any token;

  • A representation that any token is or is not a regulated financial instrument in any jurisdiction.

Returns are not guaranteed. All distributions depend entirely on the performance and servicing of the underlying assets and may be reduced, delayed, or discontinued.

Participants must obtain independent legal, financial, tax, and compliance advice and ensure they meet all applicable regulatory requirements.

The roadmap and functionality described herein are forward-looking and may be revised or rescheduled in response to technical, regulatory, or market developments, as well as future decisions made by the Axion Vault DAO.
